A HACK TO HIRE TOP CREATIVE TALENT INSIDE PHOTOSHOP.

This one hits close to home. After years wasting hours preparing files with different specs for every award show, we thought there had to be a better way of doing this. 
And there was: before vibecoding was a thing, we actually handcoded a Photoshop plug-in to automatically resize, prepare and export images in the specs required by 20+ of the most important awards shows globally.

All because we're really nice people, right? Yeah... kinda :)

At that time, Innocean was a small, up and coming agency in Berlin, trying to hire more top creative talent to keep the agency growing.
So, we hid a little trojan horse in our file. After exporting their files, creatives from top agencies around the World would be shown a little recruitment ad from us, right inside Photoshop, encouraging them to apply for a job at Innocean. Because they were the people we wanted to hire: ambitious, driven and already doing award-winning work.
How's that for micro-targetting?
